Spoke to Owner of house Hannah Baker, told her she needs to register rental and get inspection.

DB spoke to the manager of the Daycare. She lives in the basement which is a requirement of the State for the daycare. The Owner of the house lives in Florida, the owner of the business leases the house. Told manager to have owner call me , left business card. No trash.
