PW is not improving path to park.

Hello, I live at the end of Stull Ave. There is a path between some shrubs into Bryan Park at that point. Right now it is a soil path which gets muddy and is eroding. Is it possible to have some wood chips or gravel put down? Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Regards, Jean Mayfield-Morelli

Susie - this is from JD: This is in the Stull Ave. ROW. It is a footpath that people have made between the south side of Bryan and the dead end of Stull Ave. that runs south from the park. Technically this is PW property. J. D. Boruff
