Judy e-mailed the constituent. Her household had been coded as both incity and noncity and WebTrac was assessing both fees. Fixed her household and she successfully registered!

Parks & Rec Programs:
The website has the junior golf camp fee listed at $160 when trying to register, yet the program guide and the Cascades info online as the fee as $75 city/ $85 outside city. When trying to register, the final fee listed for charge is $160. Which is correct and can this be rectified?

Hi Amy - I received your on-line comment regarding registration for our Junior Golf Camp. You're correct, the cost of the class is $75 for in-city and $85 for non-city. Your household had somehow been set as both in-city and non-city and the system was applying BOTH fees! I have corrected your residency status to non-city. You should be able to register now and have the $85 fee applied. Please let me know if you still encounter problems or have other questions. Thank you.
