Contacted Clark Miller by phone, explained to him that the City will be maintaining the path only and that the grass area is to be maintained by the adjacent property owner.

Phone Call: Clark Miller 334-1129, 2748 E Elderberry was told when the Sare/Rogers roundabout went in that the City's ROW adjacent to his property would be maintain by the City. He says that is not happening and now the area is very overgrown. It is like this with several other properties in the area as well.
