I left a message on her voice mail on 5.21 stating that the City of Bloomington Utilities Department is doing a stormwater project that involves reestablishing a roadside swale to eliminate ponding of water in the road and property damage downstream. Weather permitting, this work could begin as early as Wednesday, May 22, and will take up to three working days to complete. I also left my contact information in case she wanted to call me back.
