Other: This has nothing to do with positive feedback. I received an overdue parking citation issued in 2011 to a license plate number. I was just issued this license plate # in May of 2013. The Dept of Motor Vehicles records will verify this. I want my name and this $40 due for an overdue parking citation removed from my name and records. Thank you. Go back to 2011 and find out who that license was issued to and seek payment from them.
