Mick contact Ms. Douglas:
Called Dell Douglass on 6/20/13. She expressed concern over safety of bike/ped path along creek at Bryan Park. She thought the path was a sidewalk and that bikes shouldn't be on it. I informed her that it was, in fact, a bike/ped path designed as part of the Allen Street bike boulevard so bikes couldn't be excluded from using it. I informed her that there is an effort to educate trail/path users on proper etiquette and that some signage may be placed on trails/bike/ped paths in the future. She asked about possible enforcement of unsafe riders. I informed her that there weren't sufficient parks or police resources to surveil the trails/paths to do this.

Lesilyn stated that this is an acquaintance of Mick's and she would like a call from him. He is out of town until June 5 and she is out of town after today until June 14.
