Talked to Greg (Property Owner) and he said that he will cut back the bushes next week.

Property at 1507 is beyond the minimum approach distance for a line of site issue. I believe that the complaint is for 1920 W Vernal Pike. Change address and will send out a notice to have the bushes cut back.

This is the SE corner property at 11th and Vernal. When coming up Vernal past JBs Salvage and looking east for traffic the row of shrubbery creates a line of site issue. Letter to property owner.
