Other: When I am trying to sign-in as a first time user, the retype email (for confirmation) did not match with the email address in the above line. I tried thrice with my three different emails and it gives me the same error message that the two email addresses don't match. I wanted to register for the Youth Program due 6/27 but am unable.Please help.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 1 days have already passed.
