Was able to correspond via email. Learned that Lori is interested in weekend trips out side of bloomington. Called BloomingtonTransit, they stated thatey do not do these types of Charters, but stated RuralTransit does. Forwarded RuralTransit contact info (phone and web) on to Lori. Asked Lori if it is ok to close this ticket.
