Walk In: Mr. O'Donnell came to the counter asking about 412 E. 3rd Street. We did not show the property as a rental. However, the complaint form he left gave an address of 412 E. 2nd Street as the complaint, and it does have a current permit. He said the tenants are loud late at night and there is lots of traffic back and forth.
