Other: There are several severe pot holes that need repair on S. Welmir Dr. off of W 3rd Street. I have contacted the owners of both strip malls and they have repaired their parking lots and said that that is a street and not their property. I own the beauty college our students are tearing their cars up and I feel sorry for them because they can barely afford gas to get to school much less repairs. We sent them to Hoosier Hills to fix.
