Other: Something needs to be done at the intersection of North Walnut and 45/46. Cars turning left from walnut onto 45/46 often make a U-turn into the path of cars turning right from 45/46 onto College. Those cars turning right on college have the green turn arrow. Three times now someone making a U-turn has almost ran into me as I am making a right-hand turn with green arrow. There needs to be a no U-turn sign or some other adjustment.
