Excessive Growth: Complaint
Phone Call: College Mall Road & Eastland Plaza. Citizen states pedestrian can't be seen walking from Plaza across College Mall Road to the Mall. Bushes obstruct view. Also, new sidewalks need to allow cars to drive around the curve not up over it. Pedestrians waiting to cross almost get hit by cars coming up over the curve.
