Other: I'm trying to understand the new parking meter policies and find conflicting information. At this webpage: http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=1938, the metered hours are from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. On the Parking Fact Sheet (downloaded from the website) says metering hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Am I misinterpreting something or is there an error in one of these locations? Hope you can clarify. Thanks.
