Walk In: In the Tree plot on 4th Street at 4th & Grant. NS side of street, hole is 8" long, 4" deep, and 3 to 4 inches wide. It is 9 sections of sidewalk west of Grant, just before the 1st new parking meter.

He said his wife fell into this hole months ago, its still there. She had major damage to her ankle. Wanted to bring the hole to our attention.
