Other: I have been informed that the walking tour guide for Rose Hill Cemetery is a City of Bloomington publication, so I wish to report an error in it. The WWI statue in the cemetery is illustrated and described as Viquesney's "Spirit of the [American] Doughboy". It isn't. Attached is a photo comparing the two. The brochure is probably confusing the cemetery statue with the WWII Viquesney "Spirit of the Fighting Yank" in front of Monroe County Courthouse in Bloomington.
I have sent a message to Les Koppel (8 Aug 2013) explaining that we update the brochures from time to time. I have corresponded with Danielle Bachant-Bell regarding the accuracy of the entry and will revise the brochure when they are reprinted. Danielle was the consultant in charge of developing the narrative.
