Other: "new 7th street extension" Hello, I am a cycling commuter. I go from the east side to the west side of town and use 7th street and the new tunnel under bypass. The new 7th street connection to this tunnel has an extra high "lip" on the sidewalk/driveway entrance to this tunnel. If you could shave it down to create a more gentle slope for skinny bike tires it would make the ride from the road into the tunnel (going east) much safer. thank you.
