Traffic Related Complaints:
Other: 17th and Jackson. U-haul buisines is creating a traffic hazard by parking their trucks poorly. They have reduced roadway to one lane right outside of parking lot for pre school, and made visibility leaving parking lot low. They are also using a great deal of residential parking.
