Talked with John. Problems at same location after every heavy rain. Gave INDOT Seymour district number, asked to keep me in touch if non-responsive.

Other: Sand and gravel blocking the multi-use path on the bypass near N Dunn St. I dare anyone to bike through this on a road bike. Isn't there a regulation that says the owner of the property must keep the path clear? Sand and gravel are constantly accumulating there.
