Other: No problems to report at this time, just thanking the staff that responds to my reports. I'm very impressed on the response times from report to repair and or acknowledgement. It is very encouraging to know that my tax dollars are used in constructive ways. Question: There are times I wish to call in; instead of using the reporting app. Is there a list of #'s for the different departments that could have a list of categories associated with what each one responds to for accurate reporting. ie. When I see a large bag of trash in the middle of the road (be it highway 37 or S. Walnut st.) being run over by multiple vehicles I think about calling utilities, but maybe I should be calling trash collection or police since its a road hazard. Please advice. Thank you Randy Craw
