Other: The difference in height between the curb and the grate are dangerously different. My family has experienced 2 flat tires from this. It is located at the Tapp Road Round about at Adams.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 5 days have already passed.

Supervisor looked at the problem, called in line locates ( will be good in 48 Hrs) when locates are good, CBU will make the repair. I contacted the customer by phone, no answer, left a voice mail.

Customer did not answer, so I left a voice mail saying supervisor looked @ problem, called in linelocates (will be good in 48 hrs) then repair will be made
