1. 2219 S. Sweetbriar Ct This yard looked fine to me. In the back yard, where the offense is alleged, flows a ditch that has somewhat mature vegetation growing up around it. Vegetation adjacent to a waterbody is a big advantage environmentally. Additionally, the grass was neatly mowed up to the edge of the vegetation showing intention.
