Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers): Complaint
Phone Call: Customer had sewer back up on 8-23-13 CBU ran sewer line, it was ok ( see case # 133616 ) on 8-26-13 customer calls back and says Roto Rooter tv'd line and said problem is damage to sewer line where it connects to main.

Paul from CBU tv'd the customers sewer line and the wye where the customer hooked on and it was ok, no problem found. Supervisor spoke to home owner and showed him the picture of tv'd City sewer system.
