The yard was repaired to Mr. Eller's satisfaction. He was present when work was performed.

Wyatt Bower and CBU's yard crew made repairs to the yard to Mr. Eller's satisfaction

Wyatt Bower met with Mr. Eller on 10/9/13 and discussed the work that CBU proposed to perform. Mr. Eller was receptive. Work is planned to occur 10/11/13.

I phoned Mr. Eller and advised that a survey crew would be on-site at 1:00 today to take elevation shots at his property along the roadway.

I met with CBU's contractor, Howell, on site this morning and discussed Mr. Eller's concerns. Howell will add fill as necessary based on grade shots. Work will occur the week of 9/9/13. I phoned for Mr. Eller at 325-1039 and left a voice message stating the course of intended action.

Inspected site and discussed items of concern to complainant. Mr. Eller added that the plaster in his house had cracked and his toilet backed up as a result of CBU's construction activity. I advised Mr. Eller that I would have a survey crew take some grades at the property.
