Rick Alexander has sent an e-mail to Megan. The traffic island was added by the developer at the request of the City for safety reasons.

Other: Hello, I just moved to a new home. I am not sure if the side walk and curbs are safe in this neighborhood. There is no sign for speed limit and the curb itself is not safe. I feel really unsafe to leave the kids alone outsife.
