Phone Call: Resident (Shawn Waylen?) at 7046 S. Shields Ridge Rd. reports that repairs are needed to yard and driveway. The new 36" water transmission pipeline was installed in this area.

Contractor delayed completing the work and has advised today that it is complete. CBU inspector, Runyon, is out of the office and when he returns on Monday will inspect.

Walked site with CBU Contractor, Howell, and advised to correct deficiencies noted by property owner. Howell agreed and is scheduled to perform work the week of 9/9/13
