Other: I live on E.southern Dr., my question is why is this street severed, there are large limestone bricks blocking the road and there are busted beer and whisky bottles, weeds that are 4' tall ? i live on the where the college are and it is very difficult to get on henderson or hillside because of the traffic, i go that way to work !
