Other: W. 2nd st. heading east, & I think just after the landmark intersection, there is a pot hole that is on the white line and to the right of it. It's only a hazard to cyclists and pedestrians, it is not in the road. I, being a cyclist, have it full speed once before going down that portion of the hill. Knowing what to expect, I ride my bike along that portion of the road, a foot to the left of the line. Thank you Randy Craw 812-360-3600 PS.
