I left a voice message for Ms. Braunlin informing her I visited the site again this morning and that the contractor on the adjacent parcel had completed the wall and underdrain construction.
Phone Call: This complaint was received by Planning on 8/1 and forwarded to CBU. She complained that since the construction of the apartment building at 710 N College Ave, her property to the north is being flooded.

I visited the site and the contractor has completed the wall and underdrain construction. I called and left a voice message for Ms. Braunlin informing her the work had been completed.
I called and left a voice message for Ms. Braunlin letting her know what Mr Curry told me.
I would also like to note that I spoke to City Legal about this on August 8th and Vickie R. indicated this is more of a private property issue and we don't have the authority to force the developer to do this work.
Ms. Braunlin left a voice message yesterday (9/19) asking for an update on the proposed work as nothing had been done and she was worried about the rain predicted this weekend. I called Tyler Curry this morning and he said his contractor is there today starting the underdrain installation.
I met with the property owner on August 2nd to discuss her concerns. I also spoke to the developer of the adjacent property (Tyler Curry) and he said he was going to have his contractor look at the situation and try to be a good neighbor. I met with him and his contractor on Aug. 20th and they intend to install an underdrain along the south edge of their property to a point beyond the neighbor's patio area.
