Traffic Signals:
Other: the traffic light at the 45/46 bypass and walnut street is malfunctioning. It only stays green for about 13 seconds for the east and west traffic on 46 and is causing large backups in the morning and afternoon. This seems to happen after the football games. Please take care of this issue and let traffic flow. It is to the point where the light at kinser pike turns green but there is no where to go because this light is backed up so badly.
