Other: I am writing to sincerely apologize to the parking department for a nasty letter I included in the envelope I used to pay my parking ticket. I wrote the letter very angry over the ticket but have come to realize that the violation was strictly my fault and that there is no reason to be so angry over a twenty dollar parking ticket anyway. In contrast to what I angrily wrote on the letter, I LOVE the city of Bloomington and have been honored to study in this great college town for the last three years, and there is no doubt I will come back many times after I graduate this December. I don't know if you have received my parking ticket check and nasty letter, but please disregard the letter itself as none of what I wrote is really my opinion. Again, I sincerely apologize.
