I contacted the homeowner (Steve Conrad) at 1301 East Maxwell Lane. I reminded him that the contractor is working for the City DPW and assured him that CBU Engineering has reviewed the plans associated with the storm work around his home and finds no issues regarding the sidewalks, tree plots and curbs. I instructed Mr. Conrad to contact CBU should an issue associated with this work arise in the future. Per Mr. Conrad's request, I provided him with the name of the CBU engineer who reviewed the plans (Jane Fleig) and the CBU inspector on this particular job (David Myers). I also gave him my direct phone number and told him to call me if he had any questions in the future.
