Other: on South Patterson Dr. and 2nd Street Intersection. The LEFT turn signal is way too quick. It doesn't even allow one car to get though the intersection before turning yellow. There must be a timing issue... very popular area for Left Turners onto Second Street. Can you please look into this. Thank you!!
