We installed storm sewer up Hunter and Rose. We can't require the neighbor do anything but with the new storm sewer they could tie the downspout directly into a storm box.

Spoke to the property as did Tony Eads. The neighbor recently constructed a new garage and driveway. They installed pipe to collect their downspouts and directed to the downstream side of their driveway which happens to face Rega's property. We explained that we cannot force the adjacent property owner to do anything different with the pipe. However, when we replace the storm sewer in front of her house with our upcoming project the adjacent property owner could chose to extend the downspout collector pipe directly into one of the new storm boxes. This is basically a private matter between to property owners.
