I called Ms Leach and told her what Patrick M. told me (see history).

I spoke with Patrick M again and he said he has spoken to some of the Winslow Farm HOA board members and they understand they cannot move forward without working with CBU. They also stated they did not have a quorum at the annual meeting so they can't do anything until they have a quorum. I called Ms. Leach and gave her this information and told her to call me if she has anymore questions/concerns.

I spoke with Patrick M. who indicated he was aware of what the HOA was proposing but he knew it would have to receive approval from CBU and Planning before moving forward.

I called Mrs. Leach to see what transpired at the HOA meeting. She said they did not have a quorum but still took an informal vote to remove the pond and it passed, 4-1. She said she had a plan of what they proposed and I went and picked it up from her.

I spoke with Tom M. and he said he has not been contacted by anyone from the neighborhood for years. He said he has spoken with Patrick M. about the ponds several times but has not given "permission" for the ponds to be removed.

I called Janet Leach and she said their homeowners assoc. was to vote this evening to remove the pond adjacent to her house. I told her that from previous meetings, they have been told that any modifications to the pond(s) would have to be approved by CBU and Planning because they are part of the development plan. I called Tom M. to see if he has heard anything from them recently.
