Other: Greetings, I am the new owner of the home at 1002 E Maxwell Lane. I appreciate the fence between my property and the parking lot. The fence could use some maintenance: several of the slats are missing or broken and its has buckled about at its midpoint. Is it possible to request that you consider maintenance of the fence to repair these problems? Thanks very much!
Staff advises they do not believe the fence was constructed on park property. If verification of the property line indicates it is the homeowner's responsibility, they will need to take care of it. If it is on parks property, it will be assigned for spring 2014 repair
