I sent the property owner a notice of violation letter about the obstruction. The property owner contacted me via email. They had been away from home for awhile so had missed the letter at first. They quickly had the shrub obstructing the stop sign trimmed and sent me a picture of the shrub today(3/7/17). I also visited the site in person yesterday and found the obstruction to be abated. The stop sign is now visible from an acceptable distance in order to make a safe stop at the intersection.

I visited this location today and the obstruction hasn't been abated. I will attempt to contact the property owner by phone.

The bushes need trimmed back for a proper stopping sight distance view of the Stop sign at this location. I will send a letter to the property owner a notice of violation letter today.

Sent email to Kyle Bandy and explained that the property owners will have the trees cut back in the next week or so.

Problem has not been resolved, issued a second warning. Spoke with property owner, they are in contact with their "tree guy" and they have been waiting until the freeze clears. Will reinspect in two weeks.

Bushes along Jordan are begining to block the view of the stop sign. Issued NOV to property owner. Re-inspect in 15 days.
