Other: The handling of the snow that started Thurs Dec 6th and into Friday Dec 7th has been completely unacceptable. Major roads such as 45/46, 10th street, 3rd street, College Mall, and more are in a disastrous situation. There appears to have been no plowing and no salting at all despite plenty of advance warning and a long accumulation time. Please rectify this.
