Other: Our driveway is located on a small cul de sac on Kensington Park Drive. Our address is 3131 E. Kensington Park Drive. One neighbor in particular has a car parked almost permanently next to the cul de sac median and across from our driveway. This makes it very difficult - and dangerous in winter weather - to move cars in and out of our driveway and for others to navigate the cul de sac, not to mention the difficulty for garbage trucks and snow plow trucks. Can you make this a NO PARKING zone? Periodic attempts to stop this situation in a neighborly way have not been successful. Thank you for your consideration and attention to this
