Other: To whom it may concern, My mother received notice from Capital Recovery regarding parking citations. The billing name is my mother's name, Debbie Sheahan. The two outstanding citation numbers are G1304060 (for $52) and G1304121 (also for $52). Please let me know the status of these, as this situation needs to be resolved for my mother's sake. I was under the impression that all payments were handled, and this is not the case. If you could please point me in the direction of someone who can help or can tell me the status of these citations, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sam Sheahan
