Other: Water Dept: Help please: I am a Bloom City water customer. My water pressure dropped to almost nothing the evening of Dec 17, 2013 at approximately 7:30pm. Customer had low pressure as a result of a water main break on E. Kinser Drive. Valves were closed during the repair, Full pressure was restored after repair was made.
