College Mall does in fact clean sidewalks. Sometimes street removal gets thrown back onto the sidewalk and does not get removed immediately. Provide a specific location and this can be addressed.

Other: Shouldn't business like College Mall be responsible for cleaning the public sidewalks? They never get cleaned when it snows, turns to ice and makes it difficult to walk to work there. Is there anything that can be done (a little salt would go a long way!)
