Other: Compact ice and snow builds up on the ped/bike underpass. It's extremely treacherous and NO ONE seems to even care enough to lay down some salt. The multi-use path up east 7th street along Park Doral apartments also sees little to no cleaning, but is supposed to be part of a vital pedestrian and bicycle artery. It might be cold, but we're still trying to use this without killing ourselves.
