Other: Early morning on Monday 1/6/14 a city snow plow somehow got his blade extended past the curb at the front of my property and plowed up as much as 30 to 40 SF of sod from the area between the back of the curb and the sidewalk. I suppose legally this area is city ROW, but it will still need to be repaired come next spring. Thank you in advance for your help.
