Other: Rhodes Family Farm truck parked on sidewalk. North side of Kirkwood. It was unoccupied. I fell trying to get around it without stepping in the giant puddles in front of it. Now I'm soaked and still have more errands to do walking in cold temps. I'm getting so tired of everyone parking on sidewalks.

Notified Jessica by email that the truck wasnt on walk but was in alley. Still walk was blocked in bad weather conditions for both delivery trucks and peds.

Per the photo sent, the truck isnt actually on the sidewalk. It is parked in the alley and is attempting to deliver goods. The weather conditions were very poor. The truck can legally block an alley for 15 minutes. The truck was pulled forward towards Kirkwood blocking the walk however. More information about the delivery would help resolve future potential problems.
