Other: Dangerous Crossing of Third Street. Traffic on 3rd is going one-way west. Traffic on Henderson is going one-way north. Cars wishing to make a right on red often only look left (to spot oncoming traffic) and do not look right, where pedestrians are crossing with a little white man telling them it's safe to go. I have witnessed three very close calls where pedestrians trying to cross were almost hit by drivers making a right on red. The solution is to prohibit a right on red in this very heavily trafficked area. Please don't wait for someone to be actually hit to make this change. Thanks!
