Other: the road/train tracks on in 45 just after you pass the Russell rd area are in very bad condition. big chunks of rd are missing from around the train tracks. the lane going towards lake new Unionville is the worst. it had been in much better shape before winter. even going 20 miles per hour at this point is quite jarring.
