Other: At 19th & Dunn, there are streetlights just south, and just eat of the intersection - but none on the intersection itself. I drive through here at about 6:45 am Mon - Fri and am sometimes surprised by someone walking into the roadway (at the crosswalk) that I didn't see upon my approach.
