Other: There are multiple cars parking in spaces that are in yellow, in front of fire hydrants, and in front of and blocking driveways. Please ticket cars on Smith inbetween Grant and Lincoln. It has never really been supervised but is particularly out of hand right now. I could barely see my driveway let alone access it because there was a car almost in front of it and then when looking at my neighbors driveway, realized that a car was parked completely in front of it. Also a car has been parked in front of a fire hydrant at the corner of grant and smith for the whole weekend.
